How to Create a Quotation?
1.Confirm the order – Once approved, convert the quotation into a sales order in one click.
2.Go to the Quotation section – Open the Sales module in Odex and select “Create Quotation.”
3.Add customer details – Choose or create the customer and fill in their contact information.
4.Enter products or services – Add items with descriptions, quantities, unit prices, taxes, and discounts.
5.Set quotation validity and terms – Define payment terms, delivery conditions, and the validity period of the quotation.
6.Review and verify – Check all details like totals, taxes, and attached documents before sending.
7.Send the quotation – Email the quotation to the customer directly from Odex or download it as a PDF to share manually.
10.Track the status – Monitor whether the customer has viewed, accepted, or requested changes.
